Our staff cleans and sanitizes public drinking fountains, light switch plates, doors and door handles, sweep, mop hardwood floor surfaces and vacuum carpeted areas. If a laundry room and or stairs are in the building, we vacuum carpeted stairs and landings, dust handrails, clean laundry room area and empty trash bins.

Our experienced staff cleans all hard surfaces from ceiling to floor, because dust settles everywhere during construction or remodeling. We dry dust walls or wipe them down with a damp rag, depending on the type of paint or wall covering. We dust molding, doorframes, and doorknobs, ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, furniture, baseboards, and appliances, inside and outside of cabinets, reachable windows, windowsills and shine the glass. After all dust and debris have been removed from these surfaces, we sweep, and mop hardwood floor surfaces, vacuum carpeted areas and discard all trash.

Cleaning Air Ducts

Because dust travels, dust & debris can settle in your air ducts during a construction project. We recommend cleaning the air ducts and replacing filters throughout your home or office.  Upon request, our team can remove vent covers to clean them.
